Does Neura currently accept insurance?
We accept certain insurance plans for medical visit, and those plans vary by state. You can see the current list of accepted insurances here. If your plan is on the list, we will still need to confirm the exact details of your plan to verify your eligibility. Please send a photo of the front and back of your insurance card along with your date of birth to support@neurahealth.co or by text to 786-741-8133 and someone will be in touch to confirm your in-network status.
For all other health plans that are not listed, you would pay full price up front and we can submit for out-of-network reimbursement on your behalf.
Your Care Concierge can provide you with an insurance invoice, or “superbill”, for your medical visit fees to submit to your insurance according to their specific claims process if you are located in one of the states in which we can directly prescribe medications.
In all states, prescription medications prescribed by Neura Health clinicians may be covered under your insurance plan, depending on your individual coverage. (Neura does not sell medications directly, so your purchase of medications would be from a local or mail-order pharmacy.)
