Can I get out-of-network insurance reimbursement?
If you are a patient in a state in which we can prescribe, your Care Concierge can provide you with a "superbill," or insurance invoice, for potential reimbursement for the fees associated with your medical visits.
A superbill is an itemized list of the information your insurance needs to process a reimbursement claim, including Neura's practice information, CPT codes for services performed, and ICD-10 codes. If you have out-of-network benefits, you can submit this superbill to your insurance company according to their individual claims process after you have had your medical appointment(s) for potential reimbursement.
Only Neura medical visits can be eligible for reimbursement. Membership fees cannot be reimbursed by your insurance.
