Is membership required to schedule an appointment with a neurologist?

Yes, membership is required to schedule a video visit with a Neura Health clinician or chat with the care team in the Neura app, even if you just want a second opinion. Membership costs just $1 for the first week and in many cases you will be able to see a provider during that first week.

Included in the membership fee is access to unlimited online chat with your care team, twice-monthly 30 minute video care coaching sessions and a custom treatment plan. You can certainly cancel your membership after your appointment if you do not think you need our services on an ongoing basis or this isn’t the right fit for you - and if that happens before your trial ends, you won't be charged further.
